These guys are amazing. Woke up one morning and my laptop wouldn't turn on- no previous damage and a working charger. Came in just before close and they had my laptop ready the next day with a new cmos battery. Reasonable prices and great turn around time! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Man! Well done, NC Tech Computers! Seriously! These guys will take it personally if they can’t fix your computer (laptop or desktop) within an hour. I will admit that *I* messed up and didn’t look far enough into their location (they ARE inside a nail salon on 4745 University Ave), but I AM glad I went back for another look! These guys had my laptop fixed within two days [as promised] and for only $100. They know what they’re doing and they’re reasonably priced! I got the recommendation off of Yelp! too and am glad that I went to see ’em. They fix your equipment, tell you what was wrong with it to begin with, and make sure it works before you leave. I definitely and highly recommend the guys down at NC Tech. It’s worth the trek over there and the 5-o’clock traffic IF you get stuck in it. They care about the job you’re paying them to do! That’s a fact, Jack! They’re definitely worthy of the 5 STARS that I’m giving them! Thanks, NC Tech.

I took my daughters’ MacBook air for repair, After the Apple store quoted me $ 500 …He looked at the computer and quoted me right away, the repair was $145, way less 🙂 I would HIGHLY recommend this shop, this will be my go to shop and I will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Life saver! I work from my laptop so when my pitbull accidentally yanked the cable and causing the pin to break i thought it was over. I took it to these guys and he had it ready the next morning( i dropped it off around 4 the day before). and the price was really good too! I’d much rather go to a smaller business than somewhere that wont give you great customer service like here! ALSO MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH!
I dropped my HP laptop and it wouldn’t turn on. I took it to NC and within 30 minutes of dropping it off Nam called me to tell me what was wrong (it needed a screen replacement). The service was so fast and Nam communicated with me every step of the way. I dropped off my laptop on a Thursday and it was ready the following Tuesday. I will definitely be returning for all my tech needs. Thank you Nam!
